Julianne Fritz, RN, M.S.N., OCN, Banner Health
Julianne Fritz, a native of northern Colorado, has a long rich history of serving in various capacities to make a positive difference in the lives of citizens in the community and broader region. Julianne Fritz grew up in the Eaton, Colorado community and graduated from Eaton High School. She received her Bachelors in Science in Nursing from the University of Wyoming. She received her post graduate education at Regis University, Denver Colorado, receiving a Master’s of Science in Nursing Degree/ Focus on Health Care Leadership. She currently serves as the Regional Director of Oncology Services for Banner Health, and the Banner M.D. Anderson Cancer Centers in Colorado. She was recognized this year as a Colorado Nightingale Luminary Award Recipient for Nursing Leadership. She is a member of several healthcare professional organizations and speaks on various health care and cancer-related topics. Julianne is married to Steve Fritz. They have two sons, Benjamin and Brandon. Julianne is the co-owner of Fritz Livestock Co., LLC.
Julianne Fritz is involved in various community and volunteer roles. She serves as a 4-H club leader in Eaton, and as a Beef Superintendent for the Weld County Fair. She serves as the secretary for an irrigation company, as well as volunteering for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the American Cancer Society. She has received numerous awards and honors for nursing and healthcare leadership. She is an active member of the Eaton Community Church, previously serving as a deaconess, and member of the church building committee. She is an active member of the Centennial State Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution (D.A.R), serving as the Commemorative Events Chair. Julianne Fritz serves on the Board of Directors for the Community Foundation serving Weld County and Greeley.
Hobbies include water skiing, snow skiing, piano, reading, and genealogy. She enjoys people and giving back to others. As Julianne recently commented: “I love people, and the work we do for cancer patients, their families, and the community is truly meaningful work. I am honored and humbled to be a part of the healthcare team.”

Mary Roberts, Lincoln Park Emporium
Mary Roberts and her husband Odie have owned and operated Lincoln Park Emporium in Historical Downtown Greeley since 2009. The Emporium has stores inside like Miss Mary’s Kitchen, Owlz Used Books, the Bedding Balcony, and The Gift Shop with “Made in Greeley” items.
They moved to Greeley in 2005 from Portland, Oregon with plans to retire but fate had another plan. They had not worked in retail before but thought they might be able to learn. (?) Odie worked in the Aerospace Industry for 30 years and Mary worked in the Criminal Justice system for 30 years, so they had management, finance and human resource skills. Support from the Greeley area community has made it possible to stay open.
Always a joiner, Mary is active in Rotary, Assistance League of Greeley and Friends and Newcomers. She serves on the GURA Board and the High Plains Library District Board. Gathering with other business owners has been one of the best parts of owning a business so that’s her other activity.

Jennifer McRae, Crown Travel & Events
Jennifer McRae started her career the travel business in 1988 when she received her Travel & Tourism Certificate and worked in large hotels in Denver and Northern Colorado. Mrs. McRae started Crown Travel & Events in 2011 and is a successful travel professional. She is currently working on her Master Cruise Counselor (MCC) Certification after receiving her Accredited Cruise Counselor (ACC) Certification in July 2018 with CLIA (Cruise Line International Association). Jennifer attends travel training’s throughout the year and online to keep up with today’s changing markets. She specializes in group cruises and tours& All-Inclusive vacations; along with putting together family reunion vacations, Destination Weddings and specialty groups. She has a heart for non-profits and enjoys planning fun-raising events and trips.
Crown Travel & Events began in October 2011. We are a full service Travel Agency & Event planning business. Our events are focused on small businesses and speakers. We can assist with grand openings, appreciation events, fundraisers, trade shows and more. We are able to assist when planning family events and travel, such as family reunions and parties. Combining the events and travel gives us an edge when negotiating deals on our client’s behalf. The only event that Crown chooses not to do is weddings; however, we can assist in destination weddings.
